Sunbed and Cat Leashes

Warm sunshine on the cushioned sunbed with adjustable back that is occassionally used for sunbathing in my backyard. The two yellow lines are the cats’ retractable leashes.
With the "Slip, Slop, Slap" protection-against-skin-cancer publicity, we Australians are quite sun-conscious and keep out of the sun. However, my Asian skin seems to need more sun than I was giving it, to build Vitamin D. A few years back, my skin specialist recommended that I spend 10-20 minutes exposure in the morning sun. Back then, I had to go the clinic regularly for UV treatment and built up a glowing tan, which has since not been easy to replicate.
